How do I hook up the waterfall fill spout? Run the output of your hot and cold valves to a “T” or “Y” fitting, and then run that line to the waterfall fill fitting.
Where should the access be for the Infinity? You will need two access panels: one at the pump end that measures 20”x18”. The other access should be located at the blower end and measure 16”x16”.
Some of my jets don’t work, that is, water is not coming out of them. The jets can be turned to increase or decrease the amount of water flow. Try turning the outer ring of the jet to see if the flow of water increases.
Does the tub require hot and cold valves? Yes, you will need hot and cold valves and handles.
Does the drain kit come with the whirlpool? No, this is optional. Two are available from Aquatic: a lift and turn and a cable drive waste & overflow.
Does Aquatic supply the diverter for the hand held shower and waterfall fill spout? No, Aquatic does not carry any handles, valves, or diverter valves.
What is an optional pump location? With some of our whirlpools, we can build the whirlpool with the pump positioned in various locations. See the specifications sheet to see if an optional pump location is available.
Can I remove the waterfall fill spout on the Century series whirlpool? Yes, some Century models can be made without the water fall fill spout. The fill spout cannot be removed once the whirlpool is made. The Century 31, 32, and 33 cannot be made without the waterfall fill spout.

Can the Oxford be installed on top of a deck as compared to being under mounted? Yes, the Oxford can be installed either way.
Does Aquatic drill holes for the hot and cold valves? No, Aquatic does not drill the holes for the valves.
What size valves can I use? Normally, you should use ½” valves. On the larger size tubs, ¾” valves will fill the tub faster.
The water gets cold when I use the blower. What’s wrong? Nothing is wrong. The blower takes the air that is under the tub and warms it, but the air cannot be warmed to bathing temperature.
Cold air is coming out of the air jets The heater in the blower will heat the air 10 to 20 degrees depending on the temperature of the air going into the blower. When this air blows across a body which is at 98.6 degrees it will feel cool.
My Serenity Air Bath turns on by itself The blower will automatically turn on 20 minutes after it has been turned Off, and once ever 24 hours. This is to allow the air channels to dry out.
I hear clicking noises in my Infinity model The Shiatsu valves are opening and closing to purge the system of water. This will happen approximately 15 minutes after being turn off.
My Millennium tub shows H2O on the control panel. How do I make it disappear? Your Millennium bath is equipped with a water level sensor. If not enough water is in the whirlpool, H2O will be displayed. Add more water to remove the H20 from the control panel.
What are the electrical specifications of the Builder Select? You will need one dedicated minimum 15 AMP 110 VAC circuit that is GFCI protected.
What are the electrical specifications of the Gallery Series? You will need one dedicated minimum 15 AMP 110 VAC circuit that is GFCI protected. If you ordered the optional heater you will need two dedicated circuits, one for the pump and one for the optional heater.
What are the electrical specifications of the Luxury Series? You will need one dedicated minimum 15 AMP 110 VAC circuit that is GFCI protected. If you ordered the optional heater you will need two dedicated circuits, one for the pump and one for the optional heater.

I’m having problems with my whirlpool. How do I get warranty work performed? Contact your distributor and tell them of the problem. They will then contact us to have your whirlpool repaired.
