Limited Lifetime Warranty STAINLESS STEEL UNDERMOUNT SINKS Artisan warrants to the original owner that they will provide an equivalent sink (excluding labor for reinstallation and transportation) to replace any Artisan Stainless Steel sink that becomes defective provided that the sink has been solely for residential use and has not been damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. To validate a warranty claim, the owner must be able to show that they are the original owner of our sink. Artisan has the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. Replacement of the sink does not include removal of the defective sink or installation of the replacement. Artisan shall not be liable in case of: • Improper installation or modification of an Artisan sink • Damages resulting from abuse including dents resulting from impact of dropped objects • Damages resulting from improper care or maintenance • Normal use including scuffs or scratches • Improper use (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals or cleaning compounds) • Commercial use Disclaimers. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, MANUFACTURER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY REGARDING OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE SUPPLIED HEREUNDER. THE PRODUCT MANUAL, OR ANY MATERIALS OR SPECIFICATION PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURER, DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MANUFACTURER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE (EVEN IF MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN INFORMED OF SUCH PURPOSE) WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. Limitation on Damages. To the greatest extent allowed by applicable law, manufacturer shall not be liable for any special, indirect, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the product, any other materials or services furnished hereunder, even if manufacturer has been advised, knows or should know of the possibility of such damages. The preceding constitutes manufacturer’s entire liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranties herein set forth. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied limited warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.) This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied. The foregoing warranties are exclusive and made only to the buyer.
Limited Lifetime Warranty FAUCETS Artisan Manufacturing Faucets are warranted to the original consumer purchaser ONLY. All faucet mechanical parts are warranted lifetime to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns their home. Finishes are warranted for Five (5) years. To validate a warranty claim, the owner must be able to show that they were the original owner of our faucet. Not covered under this warranty: This warranty does not cover ceramic cartridges, parts or finishes which have been improperly installed, damaged, used in commercial applications or subjected to misuse or abuse. Faucets scratched or scuffed due to the use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents are not covered under this warranty. Shipping, labor, or any other costs associated with the installation or replacement of the product/parts are not covered under this warranty. Any subsequent damages caused by the use of this faucet are not covered under this warranty. Disclaimers.
