We warrant our products against defects in workmanship, material, or operation, excluding ordinary wear and tear.  However, we do not warrant against defects due to; inappropriate or improper installation; failure to exercise normal maintenance; or the consequences of uses for which our products were not designed.

Our only liability, whether in tort, or in contract, under this warranty is to repair or replace products which are returned to us, shipping charges prepaid, at the address within one year after delivery there of to the original direct purchaser from the Company, and are determined by the Company to be defective.  Customer shall have the obligation to inspect these products immediately upon receipt to determine if damage has resulted from shipment, in which event Customer's only remedy is aganst the carrier.

Products will not be accepted for repair or replacement under this limited warranty unless we have given prior authorization for their return.  Upon receipt of products returned for repair or replacement, the Company will determine whether products qualify for repair or replacement under this limited warranty; if they do not, we will notyfy Customer of estimated costs of repair or replacement involved and will obtain authorization prior to proceeding.  The Company has no obligation to pay any costs of repair by ayone other than the Company.
