1. Are the shelves on Bell’O® furniture adjustable?
Depending on the model, shelves are adjustable. Please see specific model specifications for the model of your choice.
2. Can any model be custom fit to my specifications?
Bell’O® products are made worldwide at our multinational manufacturing facilities, and designed to fit most combinations of TV/Audio/Home Theatre requirements. Contact your Bell’O® dealer for assistance in matching Bell’O® component furniture to your equipment needs. Bell’O® products are not built to individual specifications.
3. Can Bell’O® be made in a different color or custom painted?
Bell’O® is only available in standard factory finishes It can be painted over by you to match your decor with acrylic paint, however, since Bell’O® is a powder coating factory baked surface material, we cannot recommend any re-coloring or the quality of any new non-factory applied finish.
4. Can I purchase direct from Bell’O®?
Bell’O® products are available only through authorized retailers.
5. How much weight will the top and the shelves hold?
The top shelf will safely hold the specified TV as shown in the chart on the TV Size Charts Page. Middle shelving will safely hold your DVD, VCR, Compact Disc Player, or similar electronics. Middle shelving is limited to fifty (50) lbs. per shelf. The heaviest components should always be placed on the bottom shelf.
6. If I move, or want to change the location of my equipment, can I disassemble and reassemble Bell’O® without buying new parts?
Since Bell’O® structures are made of steel and/or real wood they can be easily disassembled and reassembled with no damage. Unlike much composition or traditional KD wood furniture, Bell’O® can be disassembled and reassembled countless times without suffering any damage, or weakening of its structure. Parts replacements are available from your dealer, in the unlikely event of loss or damage.
7. What is CMS®?
CMS® (Cable Management System) is a Bell’O® exclusive design element which hides unsightly wiring so your equipment is handsomely shown and enhances your home decor. The photographs of installed products on our web site are real products, and as you can see, show no unsightly wires to take away from home decor
8. What tools do I need to assemble Bell’O® furniture?
All Bell’O® products include complete assembly instructions, and include all fasteners and tools needed. Average do-it-yourself skill is all that is required.
9. What type of glass shelving is used in Bell’O®?
Bell’O® glass shelves are made of tempered safety glass, equal in quality and strength, to the finest museum showcase standards. The standard finish includes polished and beveled edges with rounded corners to provide the utmost in decor and safety.
