The 3-layer nonstick interior and 2-layer nonstick exterior surfaces protect against sticking and burning
Pans are exceptionally easy to clean, and facilitate fat-free cooking - fact-free cooking can be achieved without the addition of oil, fat or sprays.
Phenolic handles (Phenolic is a strong plastic resin resistant to heat up to 450° F) allow safe and easy transporting of pans, so no potholders are necessary.
The nonstick surface is guaranteed never to chip, crack, blister, bubble or peel
With the exception of the stir fry pans, the perfectly flat bases promote even browning with no hot spots
Medium high heat will achieve great cooking results and saves valuable energy
Wooden or plastic utensils are recommended
