Warranty Information
PLATINUM SERIES, PERFORMA, BLANCOMAGNUM, BLANCONORSTAR, BLANCOSPEX PLUS AND BLANCODEVON STAINLESS STEEL SINKS
Blanco America’s Platinum Series, BLANCOMAGNUM, BLANCONORSTAR, BLANCOSPEX PLUS AND BLANCODEVON Series sinks feature a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal use.
LIMITED SINK WARRANTY
Blanco America will replace without charge, (excluding labor) any Stainless Steel sink supplied by Blanco America that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement, within the specified appropriate period from date of purchase, to the original owner, provided it has been used solely in a residential application and installed in accordance with the Blanco installation instructions, used and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. (In the event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase - save sales receipt.)
This warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by the product. (Some states do not allow such limitation, so this reference may not apply to you.)
Blanco America reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. Replacement cost EXCLUDES transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation.
Blanco shall not be liable in case of:- Improper installation/modification
- Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
- Improper care or maintenance
- Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions, etc.)
- Any modifications made to the product after it left Blanco America premises
- Commercial application
- Scratches - Due to use
This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
The foregoing warranties are exclusive and made only for the buyer. NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTYOF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL BE DEEMED TO EXIST IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR A PERIOD GREATER THAN THE WARRANTY PERIOD CONTAINED IN BLANCO AMERICA'S LIMITED WARRANTY ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. BLANCO AMERICA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER. No employee, agent, or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Blanco America, Inc. in addition to or different from the herein given to assume for Blanco America, Inc. any other liability in connection with any of its products except if in writing which is signed by an officer of Blanco America Inc. and expressly and intentionally gives such warranties or assumes such liability.

BLANCOSPEX
Blanco America’s BLANCOSPEX sinks feature a LIMITED 25 YEAR WARRANTY to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal use.

SILGRANIT
Blanco America carries a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on Silgranit® sinks to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal use.
LIMITED SINK WARRANTY
Blanco America will replace without charge, (excluding labor) any Silgranit® sink supplied by Blanco America that is proven to be defective within the specified appropriate period from date of purchase, to the original owner, provided it has been used solely in a residential application and installed in accordance with the Blanco installation instructions, used and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence.
Blanco America reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. Replacement cost EXCLUDES transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation.
The following conditions are covered by this Silgranit® warranty:- Bubbling
- Thermal Cracking
- Inconsistent Color
- Routing Imperfections
- Surface blemishes
- Warped deck
The following conditions are not covered by this Silgranit® warranty:- Chipping
- Cuts and Nicks
- Freight/Shipping damage
- Holes drilled incorrectly
- Installation damage
- Scratches due to use
- Scuff marks
Burns and Heat Marks - Temperatures under 536° (Silgranit®) do not affect these products. Temperatures over 536° are not covered.
This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.

KITCHEN & BAR FAUCETS
Blanco America carries a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON KITCHEN and BAR FAUCETS. The exceptions to this policy are the Oil Rubbed Bronze finish, Café Brown finish and MASTER ILUX faucet, which offer a limited warranty of 5 years.
Specifically, BLANCO warrants, to the original consumer, the ceramic cartridge, parts and the finish used in BLANCO faucets to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a "Lifetime," as long as the original consumer owns the home in which the faucet(s) are installed. If any such BLANCO faucet proves to be defective during the warranty period to the original owner, BLANCO will provide replacement parts free of charge at the location of the purchase.
This warranty does not cover ceramic cartridges, parts or finishes which have been improperly installed, damaged or subjected to misuse or abuse used in a location other than a residential kitchen or faucets which are scratched or scuffed due to the use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labor costs, or any other costs associated with the installation or replacement of the product/parts and is extended only to the original consumer-purchaser of the faucet.
BLANCO is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its faucets or ceramic cartridges, and its liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective material at the location of purchase.
BLANCO makes no additional warranties, expressed or implied, and any implied warranty including that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited in its duration to the duration of the written limited warranties set forth herein.
Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and may also have other rights, which vary from state to state, or province to province.
ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL BE DEEMED TO EXIST IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR A PERIOD GREATER THAN THE WARRANTY PERIOD CONTAINED IN BLANCO AMERICA’S LIMITED WARRANTY ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. BLANCO AMERICA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER. BAR SINKS
Blanco America carries a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON STAINLESS STEEL & SIGRANIT BAR SINKS to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal use, with the exception of the BLANCOSPEX Bar Sinks – LIMITED 25 YEAR WARRANTY.
