  For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Blue Angel will repair or replace,
  at its option, for the original purchaser any part or parts of its Sump Pumps or Water Pumps (“Product”) found upon examination by Blue Angel to be defective in materials or workmanship.
  
  Models BCAP33, BCAP50, BCSM33, BCST33 and BCST50:
  For three (3) years from the date of purchase, Blue Angel will repair or replace, at its option, for the original purchaser any part or parts of its Sump Pumps or Water Pumps (“Product”) found upon examination by Blue Angel to be defective in materials or workmanship.
  
  Models SSBCSM33, SSBCST33, SSBCST33-2, SSBCST50, SSBCST50- 2, SSBCSC33, SSBCSC50 and SSBCSC100:
  For five (5)years from the date of purchase, Blue Angel will repair or replace, at its option, for the original purchaser any part or parts of its Sump Pumps or Water Pumps (“Product”) found upon examination by Blue Angel to be defective in materials or workmanship.
  
  This Limited Warranty does not cover Products which have been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, or failure to operate in accordance with Wayne’s written instructions
