Unfortunately, there is no warranty on the breakage to any of our glass items, as we cannot see how the breakage occurs. What we recommend is that you do not place our glasses underneath an ice dispenser, place you’re liquid before adding ice and that you do not stir with metal silverware.

All of Bodum’s electrical products carry a two year warranty. If our product was purchased within the last two years, and you have your proof of purchase, we will be happy to replace it for you.

I need a new spare glass to my coffee press and I am not sure as to which size glass to order. How can I tell?
If you go to www.bodumusa.com , under spare parts coffee, if you were to click on spare glass coffee maker, it will show you all the different size spare glasses we have. All of our spare glasses are listed by height and diameter in inches and by how many ounces they hold. If the glass is no longer intact, what you can do is measure the height and diameter of the frame. The height of the glass should be around a half inch more than the height of the frame, and the diameter of the frame should be around a quarter inch larger than the diameter of the glass. I have a Bodum French press. Lately every time I push down on the plunger all of the filter parts come loose. Which part do I need?
The part you would need is our shoulder nut. The shoulder nut holds all 3 filter pieces in place and sits above the Spiral.
