KBIS 2007 was one the first of 20 styles in 15 Range Hood design families marking the
Swiss kitchen systems expert’s first-ever collection of Range Hoods. It graphically
illustrates the company’s breakthrough perimetric filtration, a system that allows
Franke’s sleek, angular hoods to draw air on all four sides. As vented air is drawn from
all sides of Oceania’s bottom surface, it is directed around the integrated shelf, leaving
that shelf free for a range of decorative or practical uses with no limits but the
homeowner’s imagination.
