Standard features

Full extension drawer - The full extension slides allow complete access to even the smallest items in the rear of the drawer and have been engineered to have the strength to carry over 30 pounds.

Unique, Open-Sided Design - The open side design allows easy access to the warming area without contact with potentially hot metal areas. Heavy food items can also be more conveniently removed.

Convection heating system (fan-assisted)

Rapid heat-up

Moisture and humidity control damper - The humidity control adjusts the humidity within the drawer.

Time control, 4-hour timer - The timer activates the heating elements and circulation fan. To warm food, turn the timer to your desired appropriate time setting. A time setting of 1-4 hours or "Continuous" can be selected.

Temperature settings from 104°F to 185°F including cup, plate and food temperature settings

Accessories Included

Movable half rack insert - The rack can be moved from the left side to the right side. There is also a middle setting.

Anti-slip pad - A special rubber anti-slip insert covers the floor of the drawer to keep items in place and to cushion the surgical grade stainless steel bottom construction.
