17 operating modes including:

AutoRoast - This operating mode is designed specifically for poultry and roasts. The oven sears the item by initially heating to a very high temperature to seal in the flavor. The oven then returns to the desired temperature and cooks until done. This mode increases flavor while reducing cooking and clean up times.
Intensive Baking - Another unique Miele cooking mode, this mode combines conventional and convection cooking systems to provide intensive heat from several directions yielding brick oven results.
Sabbath - Miele's unique Sabbath mode setting allows individuals of the Jewish faith up to 72 hours of pre-programmed cooking in their oven in accordance to specific Jewish guidelines. Simply set the oven ahead of time and , when needed, open the door and place the food inside. The oven will begin cooking shortly thereafter.

MasterChef functionality - Miele's exclusive operating mode selects the optimal cooking results based on input that you provide. Simply identify the type of food you are cooking and the oven will automatically select the proper operating mode for perfect results every time.

Food-driven menu system

Favorites storage - The Favorites mode setting enables you to select and store cooking programs directly into your oven's memory. By naming and storing your recipe you can ensure that your most cherished recipes are only a touch of the finger away.

Automatic temperature settings - Miele ovens use a platinum tipped electronic thermistor to accurately control their temperature. This Novotronic controlled device can detect minute temperature changes and the Novotronics adjust the oven accordingly.

Electronic temperature control

True European convection - Miele uses a pressurized convection system which heats the air in the rear chamber and them quickly circulates it throughout the oven cavity, creating uniform temperatures on every level of the oven. This superior technology reduces cooking times and prevents flavor transfer.

Residual heat cooking - When using the roast probe, the Novotronics calculates the amount of heat needed to finish the cooking process. If the oven is hot enough to complete the cooking, the oven switches into an energy conservation mode until the item is done.

Time Remaining Calculation - A unique Miele feature. When using the roast probe, Miele ovens will calculate and display the remaining time needed for an item to cook. This takes the guesswork out of meal planning. You'll know exactly when an item will be finished and you can plan the rest of the meal accordingly.

Two zone infrared broiling - Miele ovens offer two zone broiling. The Broiling 1 mode operates the inner element for broiling smaller items. Broiling 2 operates both the broiling element and the top heating element, expanding the broiling capacity.

ThermoClean System - Miele's unique self-cleaning system has an integrated catalytic converter to reduce odors and emissions and a sensor that automatically shuts the system off when the unit is cleaned.

2 side-mounted halogen interior lights - Miele's side mounted, halogen lighting shines bright white light throughout the oven cavity. The side position prevents trays from blocking the light, clearly illuminating every level of the oven, even when the trays are in place.

1 PerfectClean Roasting Pan - PerfectClean is Miele's revolutionary interior finish. This nonporous, enamel finish prevents spillovers from baking onto and into the surface. Spills are easily cleaned with a sponge. These unique integrated roasting pans can be independently inserted and removed with great ease allowing for superior cooking results and easy handling.

Double Rotisserie

Roast Probe - A platinum thermistor that accurately records the internal temperatures of items being cooked. The roast probe replaces a meat thermometer and connects directly to the Novotronic controls. Desired core temperatures can be preset and the oven shuts off when the temperature is reached.
