Stainless steel Honeycomb wash drum -Forged from the very best stainless steel with a unique convex pattern that resembles a honeycomb, the drum enhances both cleaning performance and reduces fabric wear. The by-product of this patented advancement is an 80% reduction in the number of water exit holes and a network of water channels that create a thin water layer that cushions your clothes while the drum rotates.

PC Update function - Miele was the first manufacturer to introduce the revolutionary concept of updatable machines. Thanks to the PC Update function, you can now keep up with technological advances. For example, using a laptop computer, a Miele technician can alter a machine's programming parameters to reduce its electricity consumption or even adapt it for a new type of garment care.

Advanced Touchtronic Controls - Most people own a very diverse range of clothing, linen, tableware and so on, all requiring different, special treatments. From silks and blended items to woolens and mixed fabric garments, you can clean these items easily, effectively and most importantly, with great care. Miele's Touchtronic series offers more to clean silks and other delicate hand washables you would normally dry clean.

Display function - With this fully-functional display, you can more easily operate and select various functions of the washing machine.

24-hour delay start - You can delay the start of wash programs up to 24 hours. you can now do your laundry overnight and have it ready when you wake in the morning. This also allows you to take advantage of overnight electric rates.

Digital program countdown display - when operating, the time remaining in the program is displayed.

Fault indicators - The smart Novotronic controls continuously monitor both the intake lines and the drain lines. The indicator lights will immediately advise you if a problem is detected.

Interior light - A non-glaring light on the interior of the machine makes it easier for you to see everything inside the drum, regardless of the lighting conditions in your laundry area.

Cast iron cradle

Hydraulic suspension - With the high spin speeds and the Hydromatic system doing its job, Miele washing machines need to be very stable. Two solid cast iron cradles stabilizes the drum, and the entire system is supported by four heavy-duty springs and two industrial strength shock absorbers.

Create your own Custom wash program - A custom wash program is one in which you create your own program by setting your temperature, spin speed and other options, such as Heavy Soil, Extended, Soak, Sensitive or Buzzer

Extended option - For laundry with normal to heavy soiling or stains. the main wash cycle time for the wash program is extended.

Heavy soil option - This useful program option includes a special pre-wash cycle that thoroughly and effectively cleans heavily-soiled laundry.

Sensitive option - An additional final rinse washes away detergent residue and scents.

Buzzer option - A buzzer signals the end of the wash program or after "Hold". The buzzer sounds until the washer is turned off. The buzzer volume can be adjusted.
