Part of the new Odea line designed by BMW DesignworksUSA, the Odea Giro features Saeco’s latest innovations including a Giro (dial) interface, ceramic disc grinder, drip tray with manual Touch Lift technology, and OptiDose, to adjust the aroma of your favorite coffee. Thanks to Rapid Steam®, you can use the redesigned steam wand to create delicious frothed milk in just a matter of seconds. It also dispenses hot water for tea. Using the Giro dial to adjust beverage volume, it is easier than ever before to customize and brew gourmet coffee drinks at home. Designed with modern form and function, the Odea Giro makes a statement in both style and flavor. Main Features:
Rapid Steam: Rapid Steam® technology reduces the normal waiting time between coffee brewing and steam output to just a few seconds, so you can froth milk to make cappuccinos, lattes, and macchiato coffee at the simple turn of the steam knob.
Ceramic Grinder: For perfect-tasting coffee every time. The ceramic grinder is Saeco's most recent innovation, available in all new models of the Saeco range of automatic coffee machines. After careful research, Saeco finally chose this material to put an end to grinding with metal components. Ceramic is inert, and thus ensures the best results without altering the flavor of the coffee. Moreover, it is perfectly safe to use. The new ceramic grinder also provides a more consistent grind, allowing perfect dosing and blending, and giving you more control over the density and body of your coffee. And that's not all - the amount of coffee residue left in the cup is substantially reduced. Long-lasting, minimum noise! Thanks to its sturdy build, the ceramic coffee grinder will quietly grind to the same consistency and high standards for a longer period of time.
Touch Lift: The drip tray can be easily raised or lowered manually or electrically with a simple touch, allowing for different cup sizes. Espresso cups or glasses can easily be accommodated.
Pannarello Frothing Device: The Pannarello frothing device dispenses steam in three different directions and makes it easy to froth milk for cappuccinos and lattes. It also dispenses hot water for making hot drinks and soups, and is completely removable for easy cleaning. AWESOME!!!
Your own gourmet coffee house. Fresh brewed everytime. An excellent way of customizing coffe/latte/cappacunio for every individual. Great for parties and special occasions!! Also makes great hot chocolate. You can use the hot water for tea and more.

Works Great.
This thing works great. Have owned this unit for over a month and it makes any type of coffee you want. I personally am a big fan of hazelnut lattes, unit grinds and brews a whole cup or just an espresso shot. Has a bold color but adds to its stance on the counter as it quickly at my house became the most used appliance.
