Our housewares products include a limited warranty for one year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. During the warranty period, a defective part or product will be replaced either with a new or comparable rebuilt part or product, at the sellers discretion depending on the availability at time of replacement. The warranty covers normal consumer use. It does not cover damage that occurs in shipment or results from alterations, modification, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, water quality, commercial use, or improper maintenance. This warranty does not cover damages caused by unauthorized repairs. Before warranty performance will be rendered, you must submit a purchase receipt or some other proof of purchase from a Saeco USA authorized retailer. The complete machine must be delivered prepaid to the service center. Equipment returned to Saeco without our authorization will not be accepted. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
PLEASE NOTE: All Saeco machines are given a test run in Ohio to check for defect. During this testing, coffee beans are used to confirm all mechanism work properly. This testing may result in coffee bean residue being left behind in the unit. Please note this is normal and should not be a cause for alarm.
Important: Saeco products sold on auction, Ebay or by any other unauthorized Saeco USA dealers will not carry any warranty coverage, express or implied.
