Joyce Chen opened her first restaurant in Cambridge, Massachusetss in 1958. She found tha tthe selection and quality of Chinese cookware in America didn't live up to her high standars...so she developed her own. Today, Joyce Chen Products continues to introduce quality Asian cookware and table ware to America. As the only complete Asian resousrce, our product line encompasses cookware, cutlery, gadgets, tabletop and teaware.
