PRODUCT DETAILS
Zoeller 186-0018 Non-Automatic 230V, 1 Phase, 13.7 Amp, 1.5 HP, 1 1/2" discharge, submersible, effluent or dewatering pump.
Non-clogging cast bronze vortex impeller. Impeller, bronze class 85-5-5-5.
Durable cast construction. Cast iron switch case, base, motor and pump housing. Castings - Cast iron class 25-30 (25,000# tensile strength).
Corrosion resistant powder coated epoxy finish.
50 ft. UL Listed 3-wire neoprene cord and plug.
1 1/2” NPT discharge with 2” or 3” flange available at extra cost.
Motor - 60 Hz, 3450 RPM, oil-filled, hermetically sealed, automatic reset thermal overload protection (1 Ph only).
Upper sleeve bearing and lower ball bearing running in bath of oil. Carbon and ceramic shaft seal.
Maximum temperature for effluent or dewatering, 130°F - 54°C (ED 140°F - 60°C).
Major width 12 3/4”. Height 18 9/16”. (Single seal pumps)
No screens to clog.
Square Ring and Gasket - Neoprene.
Stainless steel screws, bolts, float rod, handle guard, arm and seal assembly.
Passes 3/4” spherical solids.
100% of units are computerized tested.
