Zoeller 163-0050 230V, 1 Ph., 7.5 Amp, 1/2 HP, 1 1/2" discharge, submersible, effluent or dewatering pump. FM listed motor for Class 1, Division 1, Group C & D environments. Zoeller custom designed panels with intrinsically safe relays and moisture indicator are required. Non-clogging cast bronze vortex impeller. Durable cast construction. Cast iron switch case, base, motor and pump housing. Castings - Cast iron class 25-30 (25,000# tensile strength). Impeller, bronze class 85-5-5-5. Corrosion resistant powder coated epoxy finish. 20 foot UL listed 5-wire neoprene cord. Sensor leads & power leads in one cord for easy installation. Longer cords available in lengths of 25-35-50 feet at extra cost. 1 1/2” NPT discharge with 2” or 3” flange available at extra cost. Motor - 60 Hz, 3450 RPM, oil-filled, hermetically sealed, automatic reset thermal overload protection (1 Ph only). 3 phase models available. Moisture sensors prewired in motor housing (requires indicator in panel). Upper sleeve bearing and lower ball bearing running in bath of oil. Carbon and ceramic rotary face seal. Maximum temperature for effluent or dewatering, 104°F -. Major width 13 5/16”. Height 23”. (Single seal pumps) No screens to clog. Stainless steel screws and handle. 100% of units are computerized tested
